Project Overview

Full Website Redesign and Marketing Funnel Build

Len Glassman, a health and fitness professional for over 25 years, came to us in fall 2020 with the goal of rebranding and automating his online marketing.

At the time, he had a single-page website and was getting all of his business through referrals and occasional online events and features.

The main goals and objectives were to redesign his website and weekly email newsletter, and develop two marketing funnels -- one for his training services and one for his book.

Secondary goals included automating aspects of his lead generation, sales and client onboarding, and email list management, as well as setting up tracking and analytics.

How We Implemented the Project Successfully

Website Redesign

We did a full website build including the design and copywriting for all pages, integration with email marketing and automation tools, shopping cart setup, and tracking and analytics setup.

Marketing Funnels

We developed two separate marketing funnels, each with a PDF lead magnet, landing page and thank you page, and email automation welcome and sales series.

Email Marketing

We switched the client to a new email marketing system, imported contacts and set up lists and automations, and developed the design and content for the new email newsletter.
